The Opportunity
Reporting to the Franchise Consultant, this role is pivotal in delivering in‑bakery operational support, coaching, training, and oversight to drive improvements in bakery sales, profitability, team capability, and operational standards.
You will work closely with franchisees and bakery teams to ensure standards are met, action plans are implemented, and performance continues to strengthen across your portfolio.
This is a full‑time, permanent role with weekly travel required to bakeries across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, hands‑on support to help franchisees improve operations, customer experience and business performance.
- Conduct regular bakery visits, assessing merchandising, product quality, standards and 5‑Star audit readiness.
- Deliver coaching and training for franchisees and bakery teams, including production planning, capability building and in‑bakery support.
- Support marketing execution, ensuring compliance with group campaigns and driving strong local activation.
- Participate in production, waste and efficiency reviews, helping implement action plans that improve profitability.
- Promote safe work practices while fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive culture across the network.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑site operations (ideally franchising, retail, hospitality or bakery) with strong coaching and training capability.
- Confident communicator who builds trust, influences diverse stakeholders and has supportive yet accountable conversations.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong organisation and time‑management skills across multiple sites.
- Solid grasp of operational excellence, standards, procedures, customer experience, quality and consistency.
- Commercially aware, with understanding of wages, COGS, waste, production efficiency and key sales drivers.
- Growth‑minded, independent and passionate about developing others, supporting small business success, and thriving in a dynamic, travel‑based role.
