The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced role, where no two days are the same. You’ll be on the front line, working with our most valuable asset, our franchisees!
Reporting to the Regional Manager for WA, this role is based out of our WA Support Office, but you’ll hardly be there. You’ll be out on the road in bakeries, assisting our franchisees with growing their sales, developing their people, & taking full advantage of our Marketing Campaigns & Operational standards. You’ll need to be comfortable in a retail environment, understanding the principles of great customer service and enjoy interrogating data to seek out opportunities for improvement or further growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with franchisees to strengthen bakery sales performance, offering insights on local community engagement, promotional activity, and effective social media approaches.
- Support franchisees with operational guidance, helping them optimise product schedules to meet customer demand and uphold quality standards.
- Champion high standards across the network by working alongside franchisees to uplift bakery cleanliness, presentation, Safety, and Food Health & Safety practices.
- Encourage and enable franchisees and their teams to complete mandatory training, ensuring they are confident and prepared for new campaigns, sales initiatives, and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Facilitate Annual Business Reviews, collaborating with franchisees to identify opportunities and shape practical portfolio plans for the financial year.
- Act as a trusted on‑the‑ground partner and first point of contact, building strong relationships and providing support across your area.

We’re looking for someone who is a great communicator, is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, and has a passion for working with people.
You will be able to build rapport and trust with our franchisees in your area, and be able to use your critical thinking to prioritise tasks and solve challenges. You will also have:
- Previous experience in retail, or a related industry.
- Able to communicate strategies and ideas effectively and provide influence and leadership where appropriate.
- A passion for data interpretation and analysis, and competence in all MS Office applications.
- The ability to manage and navigate complex situations.
