We have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of Australia’s best loved bakery brands in a key role supporting the execution of customer retention initiatives for our Loyalty Program, Dough Getters.
Based in our Camberwell office and reporting to the CRM Retention Lead, this role plays a vital part in bringing our loyalty strategy to life – ensuring campaigns, communications and bakery activity are executed seamlessly to drive engagement, repeat visitation and member satisfaction.
Broadly speaking, you’ll be busy:
- supporting the execution of customer retention and loyalty initiatives across campaigns and always on activity;
- coordinating marketing and retention support for bakeries;
- building, proofing and deploying loyalty eDMs and defining target segments within loyalty platforms;
- supporting in bakery activation that turns loyalty strategy into real customer moments;
- managing the comms content calendar and marketing assets to ensure they’re always fresh and on brand;
- providing customer care and loyalty inbox support, escalating and resolving issues with Customer Care, Technology and Operations teams;
- delivering internal communications, training enablement and campaign support materials to franchisees; and
- assisting with campaign reporting, post campaign analysis and documentation — because the proof is in the pudding (or the loaf).
Let’s hear about you!
You’ll have relevant tertiary qualifications with a marketing, communications, advertising or business focus, with experience in marketing communications, promotional activity or loyalty support roles. Retail, franchise or multi site experience is highly regarded, as is a demonstrated competence in using comms platforms (Klaviyo).
You’re highly organised, detail oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days look the same. You’re confident working with multiple stakeholders, comfortable juggling priorities and enjoy collaborating to deliver outcomes — never serving up anything half baked.
Strong communication skills, a hands on mindset and a genuine passion for customer experience will see you rise in this role.
