Job Description
Based in our Camberwell Support Office and reporting to the Product Manager - Corporate Systems, this role is all about maximising the value of our enterprise platforms - from ERP and CRM to HR, Finance and beyond.
As our Applications Product Owner - Corporate Systems, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, partnering with teams across Finance, HR and Operations to turn ideas into outcomes and strategy into smart, scalable solutions. If you thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and love making systems work better for people, this could be your next great move.
In this high‑performing and supportive team, you’ll:
Own and prioritise the product backlog across corporate systems and internal platforms.
Translate vision and roadmaps into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner closely with Finance, HR, Operations and other stakeholders to understand processes and system needs.
Drive enhancements and optimisation across ERP, CRM, workflow, reporting and integrations.
Deliver measurable business outcomes - efficiency, compliance, reliability and great user experiences.
Analyse processes, anticipate future needs and help shape practical, scalable solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience

You’re a confident Product Owner who enjoys working across teams and technologies. You’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise platforms.
A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Information Systems or a related field (desirable).
Product Owner or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO or similar - a bonus!).
A solid understanding of APIs and system integration principles.
Experience in a Retail or Franchise environment.
Hands‑on experience with M365, ERP systems, Franchise Relationship Management or similar platforms.
