We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our tight-knit, supportive, and high-performing Finance team. Based in our recently renovated Camberwell office and reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers the chance to take ownership of management and financial reporting while contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function.
You’ll also play a key role as we enhance our finance systems and reporting tools, with the opportunity to help shape how we leverage new technology to deliver greater business insight.
This role is ideal for an established Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and is keen to move beyond pure reporting into value-add analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
The Opportunity
As a commercially focused Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate management and financial reporting, while actively partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide insights, influence decision-making, and drive improved outcomes.
This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across accounting, business partnering, and forecasting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering monthly management reports, including P&L and balance sheets
- Leading variance analysis, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Supporting the annual budgeting and audit processes
- Partnering with departments to drive performance and cost control
- Building strong relationships and engaging stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights
- Maintaining accounting policies and improving finance processes
- Supporting implementation and optimisation of finance systems and reporting tools
- Supporting and mentoring team members
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- CA/CPA qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and present to stakeholders across the business
- A proactive, approachable style, with a willingness to step away from the desk and build relationships across teams
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to operate independently and add value in a well-established Senior Accountant capacity
