The Opportunity

Based in our Camberwell Support Office and reporting to the Head of Product - Customer Systems, this role is all about maximising the value delivered through our customer-focused digital platforms and experiences.

As our Product Owner - Digital, you'll be the critical link between business and technology, partnering with teams across Marketing, Operations, Technology and other key functions to help shape the direction, priorities and delivery outcomes. You'll own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for platforms including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP), E-Commerce, Loyalty Platforms, Mobile Apps and other customer-facing systems.

In this high-performing and supportive team, you'll:

  • Own and refine the product backlog across our customer and digital platforms.
  • Translate strategic objectives and product roadmaps into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology and other stakeholders to understand customer needs, align on priorities, sequencing and solution outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and map current and future-state business processes.
  • Balance configuration and customisation decisions to maintain platform integrity and scalability.
  • Drive the delivery of enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across our customer and digital platforms.
  • Support platform upgrades, vendor releases and lifecycle planning activities.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes against acceptance criteria, improved system performance, reliability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate release updates and ensure stakeholder readiness.

You're a collaborative and commercially minded Product Owner who thrives on solving business problems and delivering customer value through technology.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Must have strong experience working with at least 1 of the following platforms: Klaviyo, Talon One, Shopify.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and working within Agile or Hybrid delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
  • An understanding of systems integration, data management and digital customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Product Owner certifications (PSPO, CSPO or similar) and tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or a related discipline are desirable.
