Job Description

The Opportunity 

We are ready to develop our next generation of leaders at Bakers Delight! Limited positions are available for our Fast Track Management Program.  Over two years, you will go through a structured program during which you will work in a bakery, then run a bakery for a period and move to learning how to support others to run a bakery. You will be closely mentored throughout and participate in additional accelerated development programs. Ultimately, you can look forward to a role in our Operations Team supporting our franchisee network to thrive and grow, which could be anywhere in Australia, or one of our locations around the world.

Desired Skills and Experience

Let’s hear about you! 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced QSR environment, ideally having managed people. 
  • Be solutions focussed, self-motivated and able to make quick decisions. 
  • Relevant qualifications in small business or frontline management.   
  • Exceptional communication skills. 
  • A valid driver’s licence and motor vehicle.   

Bakery experience is not essential as we will provide extensive training to the successful candidates.
