The Opportunity

Executing both print and digital creative briefs primarily for campaign activity, you will be responsible for POS and traditional print design, EDM design (no coding required), digital display advertising, packaging final art, layout/document design, out of home advertising and bakery graphic signage for new sites.  

Reporting to the Retail Art Director, and working closing with the Senior Designer and broader Marketing team, you will be based in Camberwell, Melbourne and will be: 

• Executing a diverse range of print and digital projects, including in-bakery POS, posters, packaging art (including an understanding of final art setup), website/display static and animated gif advertising, EDM layout design (in Figma – no code).
• Produce eye catching designs that meet brief goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with our various Marketing department channels to provide consistent, on-brief design solutions.
• Be able to work at pace while still having an eye for detail.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Let’s hear about you!

Degree qualified, you’ll have proven experience in a similar role working on national marketing campaign roll-outs. Your expertise lies predominantly in print, with some experience in digital design. You’re well-versed in the processes and specifications of print production. While not a huge part of the role, having some skills in animation would be very beneficial.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity to partner with stakeholders at all levels within the business, and outside of it.  Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at various phases will hold you in good stead in this role.
