Job Description

The Opportunity

Supporting the enhancement of the digital experience across our eCommerce platform, brand website and mobile app, you will manage both website/mobile app and content updates and be responsible for third party delivery management. You’ll support initiatives and campaigns working closely with stakeholders to drive website and mobile app management for seamless customer interactions.  

Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, this role is perfect for a driven, technical and analytical eCommerce and digital marketer who’s passionate about digital channels and data!  Based in Camberwell, you’ll work with a variety of digital mediums (eCommerce, website and mobile app) to: 

  • support the enhancement of digital experiences by implementing strategies, monitoring user behaviour, optimising performance, and aligning with brand guidelines.
  • oversee website and content updates by supporting eCommerce projects, developing strategy, creating landing pages, managing SEO, and maintaining accurate digital information.
  • manage relevant data, updating product and bakery information, supporting integrations, and maintaining eCommerce range and product categories for the website and mobile app.
  • manage third party delivery services by coordinating with vendors and franchisees, updating menus, developing offers, ensuring deliverables, and supporting operational improvements and training.
  • manage mobile app by supporting improvements, updating content, using data to identify opportunities and sharing information with relevant stakeholders.
  • work closely with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external) and addressing customer enquiries to ensure success in the digital experience space.
  • develop and run reporting to support digital channels.

Let’s hear about you!

Degree qualified, you’ll have some marketing experience in a similar role, as well as relevant experience delivering eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives. Being confident in digital technologies is of course essential and you will have had previous work experience using content management and web content management systems. Having some experience working with data, and being familiar with data driven marketing activities is essential.  

You will be a technical team player who can develop and implement digital activities to improve the customer experience. You have a keen desire to play an important part in successfully supporting the Bakers Delight digital strategy. 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity to partner with stakeholders at all levels within the business, and outside of it. Excellent project management skills, the ability to move quickly and your excellent communication skills will all contribute to you being successful in this role.
