The Opportunity
Working within our Product team, the Product Support Specialist plays an important role in developing our network’s product knowledge through hands-on training facilitation and engaging in training support activities.
Working in a fast paced environment, some of your responsibilities in this permanent full time role include:
- Delivering product training support in bakeries
- Driving quality and consistency of our product throughout the network.
- Assisting with the development and delivery of Bread shows, Forums and other relevant events.
- Developing product training resources and policies.
- Assisting with new and existing product development activities such as ingredient testing.
Let’s hear about you!
- The ideal candidate will hold relevant baking qualifications and have extensive experience within the baking industry, including either retail or commercial bakery environments.
- The successful candidate’s excellent communication and baking skills will see them flourish in the role.
- Experience in Microsoft Office is essential.
- We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to mentor and influence others!
- You will be required to travel interstate within the role so a valid driver’s licence is a must.
- Some weekend work will also be required.
